Standard series stauff pipe clamps with aluminum clamp body according to DIN 3015-1:

Standard series hydraulic aluminum pipe clamps / tube clamps according to DIN 3015 part 1, with galvanized steel plates and bolts, details as below:

1) Size range:

fit for tube / pipe size O.D. 6mm -102mm

2) Structure:

Assembly including cover plate, welded plate (elongated plate available), aluminum pipe clamp bodies (2), high strength bolts (2).

Rail nut aluminum pipe clamps (L-G9 series) available: cover plate + aluminum pipe clamp body(2)+ bolts(2) + rail nuts(2), installed on steel channels or rails.

Stacking aluminum pipe clamps (L-G13) available (max. 5 layers): Stacking Bolts + aluminum pipe clamp body + safety locking plates.

3) Materials:

Cover Plate: Galvanized Carbon steel(mild steel)

Welded Plate: Galvanized Carbon steel

Bolts: Galvanized carbon steel
